The Basic Concept
Aviator is a crash game. When a round begins, a plane appears on screen and begins to fly. As the plane moves, a multiplier rises from 1×. Players must press the "Cash Out" button before the plane "crashes" (flies away). If you cash out successfully, your bet is multiplied by the displayed multiplier. If the plane crashes before you cash out, you lose your bet.
The game is available at top Nigerian casinos and you can try it for free with our Aviator demo.
Round-by-Round Breakdown
- Betting Phase: Before the plane takes off, you place your bet (minimum ₦10). You can also set an auto cash-out target multiplier.
- Take-off: The plane launches and the multiplier begins rising from 1×.
- Cash Out: Click "Cash Out" at any moment to collect your bet × the current multiplier.
- Crash: At an unpredictable moment, the plane flies away. All uncashed bets are lost.
- Next Round: A new round begins within seconds.
How the Crash Point Is Determined
Aviator uses a provably fair algorithm. The crash multiplier for each round is generated before the round begins, using a cryptographic hash function involving a server seed and a client seed. Crucially, neither the casino nor Spribe can change the result once the round starts.
Players can verify any historical round by entering the round hash on Spribe's verification page. This transparency is why Aviator is trusted by millions of Nigerian players.
What is Provably Fair? Provably fair is a cryptographic system that lets players independently verify that game results were not manipulated. Every Aviator round includes a hash that you can use to check the outcome after the fact.
RTP and House Edge
Aviator has a 97% RTP (Return to Player), meaning a 3% house edge. This is very competitive compared to most slot games (typically 94–96% RTP). The high RTP applies equally regardless of which multiplier level you target.
Auto Cash Out Feature
Aviator includes an Auto Cash Out option. You set a target multiplier (e.g. ×2.0) and the game automatically cashes out when that multiplier is reached. This removes emotional decision-making and is particularly useful for consistent strategies. Learn how to use it effectively in our Aviator Strategy Guide.
Two Simultaneous Bets
You can place two bets per round in Aviator. Many Nigerian players use this feature to run a conservative bet (auto cash-out at ×1.5) alongside a higher-risk bet (holding for ×5 or more). This creates a hedge — the small bet often wins and covers the cost of the speculative bet.
